On 18 September 1995 he was at work and was shot dead in his car, as a civilian, by members of the Croatian Army (evidence: 725/96-46, 727/96-10, 727/96-12, 727/96-31, 36/97-1, 300/98). 2. Bakic Miroslavka, from the village of Vrioci, the Municipality of Bosanska Dubica, born in 1960 in Bosanska Dubica, father Dušan, killed near the bridge (evidence: 36/97-1). 3. Berberavic Dušan, pensioner, from Verija, born on 6 May 1)34, at Živaja, the Municipality of Kostajnica, father Milan, mother Ljubica nee Bivkovic, killed when he encountered Croatian soldiers (evidence: 727/96-23 and 36/97-1). 4. Bobar Marinko, from the village of Verija, the Municipality of Bosanska Dubica, born on 14 December 1943, in Banja Luka, killed when he encountered Croatian soldiers near the old school centre (evidence: 36/97-1). 5. Bobar Milka, from Malo Dvorište, the Municipality of Dubica, born on 8 January 1953, in Knežica, father Gojko, severely wounded on 18 September 1995 in the village Knežica, died on 7 October 1995 in Belgrade, as a consequence of wounding (evidence: 36/97-18). 6. Zakic Mladjen, textile worker, from the village of Vrioci bb, born on 12 December 1935 in Jasenje, father Dušan, mother Jelica nee Cadjo, killed at the old school as he was coming out from the factory at which he worked (evidence: 727/96-15, 36/97-1, 300/98). 19. Zgonjanin Dušan, driver, born on 13 August 1946, in Zenica, father Stojan, mother Danica nee Kneževic, living at 7 Prvomajska St., employed with the Firm "TPPM" Kozarska Dubica. Killed in a car which was ambushed by the Croatian Army in the Major Tepic St. (evidence: 727/96-10, 727/96-31, 36/97-1, 300/98). 20. Mataruga Djuka, living at Vladimira Jovanovica St. bb, born on 6 April 1939 in Bosanska Dubica, father Rade, employed with the firm DRM, killed on 18 September 1995 (evidence: 727/96-7, 36/97-1, 300/98). 21. Macura Milenko, from Kozarska Dubica, 55 Vidovdanska St., born on 17 June 1959 in Bosanska Dubica, father Milenko, mother Kosa nee Radulovic, was at his workplace and after the attack was launched, he set off for his home where his children were. He was killed in the street by Croatian soldiers while trying to help a wounded man (evidence: 727/96-18, 36/97-1, 300/98). 22. Mirnic Dragoslav, pupil, from Kozarska Dubica, born on 13 February 1978 in Bosanska Dubica, father Stanoje, mother Ljiljana nee Beria, caught and killed by Croatian soldiers in the Major Milan Tepic St. (evidence: 727/96-54, 36/97-1, 36/97-18, 300/98). 23. Pokrajac Sreto, Petra Pecije St. bb, born on 3 March 1958 in Bosanska Dubica, father Milan, mother Radosava nee Nikic, killed on 18 Septembar 1995, at the enterprise "TIK" (evidence: 727/96-16, 727/96-23, 36/97-1, 300/98). 24. Puškar Ilija, from Kostajnica, born on 10 February in Kostajnica, killed on 18 September 1995, his body was found in the river (evidence: 36/97-1). 26.
